iPod iTMS video won't play on 5G iPod

I bought the video for The Hardest Button to Button by The White Stripes, and when I sync my iPod it says that it won't play on the iPod. It gives me a link (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=301461-en) which doesn't help at all! I've bought music videos from iTunes before and they all work. Help!

If it is not in the 320 by 240 format then it will not work. Interesting if it was because it was not in the right format. all music videos should be 320 by 240.

Otherwise have you tried playing it on your computer, does it play?

All the videos on the iTMS are supposed to play just fine on video iPods. Have you e-mailed Apple support about this?

It does play on the computer. I will e-mail them later.
