iToner equivalent for PC

Anyone know of an equivalent program for PC's to pay a one-time fee and get ringtones? Just gave my friend an iPhone, but she uses a PC (I know... I'm working on it!) 😉 Just wanted her to be able to make her own ringtones and such like I do with quicktime pro/garageband & iToner. Thanks guys.

I use www.iphoneringtonemaker.com it has been panned in a few threads in this forum but I have never had any trouble with them. After every update that broke there software they kept everyone informed that they were working on the version for compatibility. I currently have version 1.1.2 and it works great.
