My iTools keep saying this when I try add pictures music or ringtones

It just started doing this yesterday it never did this before. How do I fix it so I can use it again

Apparently it doesn't work with the newest point version of iTunes. If you're on it, you need to downgrade.

I tried uninstalling iTunes the other day and it still said the same thing
