iTouch 2.2.1 Jailbroken Installuous help

If anyone is familiar with hackulo.us' program installuous, I JB my itouch 2g 2.2.1 and installed Installuous thru cydia. Whenever I download any .IPO, it doesnt show up on my homescreen. I installed the miPatch from hackulo.us which cracks the mobile installation data. Any ideas anyone? any help is appreciated
 
you wont get help here your asking about a program which downloads illegal apps which is against the board rules
