quick question, i can just use greenpoision to jailbreak it right? the install cydia, and from there do installous to use to download apps from? if so what is address i think its like www.greenp0ison.net? if thats not right or i cant jailbreak using that, can some please post the correct way to jailbreak and/or the correct address for green poison?

If the purpose of jailbreaking the iPod for you is to install installous to steal apps, then you come to the wrong place. We condemn piracy here and will not help you to achieve this.

installous is a repo for cracked apps on Cydia. You will use cydia to download packages for your jailbroken device. Watch the 2 videos I sent you in a PM. They should answer your questions.
