Okay, so I was using my itouch in the morning, and when I came back it had turned off. The battery had been charged, so it wasn't that. Last time this happened, I let it sit for a few days (like I had read online), but it wouldn't turn on. I found that when i plugged it into my ihome and played "listen" it finally turned on.
However, this isn't working now, and i am missing my news and music. What else can I do? Should I just bring it to the store :apple: ? I got it on christmas dec 25, 2009, so the warranty is gone. will they give me a new one?

    What's an Itouch?

Have you tried plugging your iPod touch into your computer? You may be able to restore it with iTunes depending on what's wrong with it.
