Why are you on so late/early

I have a lot on my mind and thought I could drown out the world via the web. I see that there are 20 or so others here just poking around. I guess since there are a lot of over-seas (non-US) people here that may have something to do with it. Maybe Ill buy an iPod while im wasting time....

Because it's 10pm. Buy me one too while you're at it.

A typical day for me usually begins at 3 or 4 a.m. and this is where I spend several hours before directing my attention to other things. Now I just remembered that I want to post a message in an existing thread dealing with noise cancelling headphones.

It's 11:14am

Early for me. time to get cracking on some coursework too.

its about 3:30am here in socal, just got home from my lovelies house. i left because i said was tired and even got into a small fight for leaving versus staying the night. and here i am on macrumors just because i can be. oy vey

I think any Kiwis will beat me but at the moment, I'm up the latest. It's only 10:45pm but it's 10:45pm on Sunday. Everybody else is up early this morning. Soon it will be Monday and you'll all be a day behind again.

I care. Happy Monday everybody (except the kiwis). It was so not Steve Jobs.

Monday = day off. :) Hence I also care. The kiwis don't really count, there's more of them here then there. (Just kidding, but the rivalry has to be kept alive)

Sorry, I just don't get the point of wondering why other forum members are on late.

I just don't think it's any of our business, maybe they want to be?

Hey, but that's just me. :)

Yeah, I have Monday and Thursday off, today is "clean up this dump of a flat day." I think it's kinda cool, seeing people starting the day you're just about to finish.Yeah, those damned kiwis.... ps, use "fafafa" instead of "White" - then it's really invisible.

It's going to be "catch up on all the reading I was supposed to do over the weekend for uni day" here. Yeah, the whole time zone thing is cool, though kinda trippy at the same time.

Will do! I used to do it all the time, but I just got lazy. ;)

Community forums are all about being connected and reaching out to others to share views and solicit advice concerning computer related and personal issues, etc. It may not be a primary concern of anyone else what I or others do at 4 a.m., but is it any worse than asking what your favorite brand of soap or toothpaste is? Anything within reason is acceptable within the MR community area.

That's actually what I was thinking, but my brain chose to make the less intelligent response.

Sharing is caring!

i haven't gone to bed yet and it's 7am here on the West Coast. Had a REALLY good night and have to do some stuff this morning -- I should be out cold on the couch by noon. I love Sundays! :D

now that it is almost 930 am, I think it would just be a waste of a day to try and sleep. i have been awake for nearly 40hrs at this point, maybe im just learning to go without sleep?

that international dateline is a trippy concept...

*cries* this thread title makes me cry because for the next two weeks i will be waking up at 4:45AM to go to work -_-

its 10PM now and i am not tired (watching serenity) these first few days are going to be hell.
