Its 5am, why are you online?

I'm usually up at that time because for the last two weeks I've been waking up somewhere between 2-4 AM. Doesnt' matter when I go to bed. Sometimes I can fall back asleep, but the rest of the sleep is restless with a few more awakenings, and sometimes I can't. So very frustrating. I just want a decent night's sleep.... 🙁
