If you don't get iPads in store today, then you are so screwed.... It's now back ordered for 2-3 weeks.

Also, international buyers also might see a huge delay on iPad 2. With this kind of demand, you ain't seeing iPad2 until April...

    US FIRST! PLEASE APPLE!

If for some reason I don't get an iPad today, then I get one in a few weeks. Not really a big deal. I will most likely get an iPad today or possibly tomorrow. All indications seem to point to a positive supply in retail stores.

I cannot believe how much people are underplaying this. Do you not know how vital the iPad2 is to our daily life? The implications of a 2-3 week delay are astronomical.

BS. By all indications the reason you're seeing 2 to 3 weeks because Apple has dumped a much greater percent of their supply to storefront locations.

I just canceled my online order this morning, and based upon calls and reports, will just go in Sunday through Tuesday. Manager of the local Apple Store said they were not doing reservations for the first day or two, but plan on doing them after that.

You guys will not die from not having the latest and greatest apple products! I can't believe people actually wait in line for this. I can understand if there's a shortage of food...
