It's amazing how much cruft accumulates on an iPhone

    I've just done a backup, factory reset, and restore of my iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0.4 to try and resolve a problem with non-playing music (didn't work :( )

    Before I started there was ~560MB of free space. After, there is 4.1GB :eek:

    That's 3.5GB of junk taking up space.

    So, if you're running low on space, I'd suggest doing this :cool:

    I've just noticed that it didn't restore my photos synced from Aperture, but that's only 1.3GB so still a significant amount reclaimed :)
