This whole thread is pointless. Of course performers look different when they're dressed up and with crazy makeup. You may as well compare pictures of Heath Ledger in real life and as the Joker in Batman...omg he looks so different!!!1111

Not really as you will see Lady Gaga in character like tht everywhere, same for Marylin Manson, but you wont see Heath Ledger running around in the joker character.

This thread went downhill fast. Gaga and Manson are both very talented people. Of course Manson looks different without his makeup on, especially since even his eye color is changed when he puts his "face" on. And Yes, Gaga looks different now than she did when that picture was taken years ago.
