So have had time to use my device more. So far I really like. No noticeable hardware issues, screen seems mostly perfect, I like the additional heft because it adds a sense of quality.

I havent tested the camera, I do t take many pictures.

I really like the solid state home button. No more anxiety when it “crunches” under your press. 3D is neat, still too new so I don’t know how I’ll use it.

Yeah but since hurricane Irma damaged my internet service 2 weeks ago I haven't done an encrypted backup of my 7+ so I can't update the 8+ with all my iTunes info. We actually just got power back on Tuesday.

No Starbacks or other places with wifi around? Starbucks internet is pretty decent in my area.
