I went to the Apple Store to try the watch on, having pre-ordered the Space Grey Sport. It felt really good. Apple have combined the quality expected of watches with the software expected of a modern tech device brilliantly. The device was perfectly weighted and the Digital crown felt awesome (the resistance was perfect).

I feel that this iteration won't be the version to break into the mainstream (although Pre-orders suggest otherwise). However, Apple have made a great product. They really get it!

I think the second generation will make the Watch a hit.

Were you able to purchase a watch at your try on?

I'm not sure, I get the impression that I wouldn't be able to. I pre-ordered so I didn't need to ask.

I just got back from an appointment at the Store.

The overall quality of the Watch blew me away. The software is very fluid and the straps high quality. Everything about it was intuitive and easy to use. The overall experience went against everything that's being said in the early reviews.

Just got back from trying them on and they are beautiful. I preordered a 42 mm Space Grey Sport and will be here on the 24th and I'm very happy with my purchase. They are not big at all and in fact the 42 even seemed small.

    Same, can't wait.
I was also surprised by how small they look, but close up, the size is quite comfortable.
