I notice there's been no post in this thread from one particular member one would, a few months ago, expected to have seen. He's dumped the 'tars, locked the thread about them and now seems to not even be interested enough to comment. (or is he not allowed to, girlfriend?, court order?)

You can be fit without a six pack. Women can have six packs, too. You can have a six pack and still be unhealthy. As in, unhealthy heart strain, etc. etc.

I was just pointing out that the reason her stomach looks weird is because she has some muscle definition there. Also, to me being fit is a look, being healthy is a feeling. Many people in the world are fit, but are far from healthy, I on the other hand am healthy, but not fit.
