I know! Now I'm not usually one to complain about it not being cold enough but I feel cheated without at least a little snow every now and again. Otherwise it's just cold and gloomy for nothing.

Montreal, Canada. -13 degres celcius including wind chill. Snowed 20 centimetres yesterday.

Usually the states in the midwest have the most snow (Colorado, Montana, Utah, etc).
