I don't have any personal experience with the company, but even a quick Google search will pull up numerous bad reviews, late responses, bad customer service, offers under quotes, and more. Only found one good review, but who knows if that's a paid or fake one. I personally wouldn't go for it, even if their local BBB gives them a decent score.
 
BBB scores don't mean much anymore - people can join BBB "groups" or something and suddenly they are rated Great by BBB.
