itune sync not working afer update

    Hi All
    I have major problems with iTunes since my update to yosemite !!
    The songs on my mac itunes are no longer synced with my iphone.
    Not even 10% of the songs I had on my iphone itunes are there anymore, even though the same boxes are ticked. One album that contains 98 songs on the mac has 6 songs on the same album on the phone.
    Songs that i import to itune (dropped from other folder) are grouped in a album. If I than add some artist or title to a group they are added as additional album.
    I'm scared to sync now as i fear even more music is lost.
    Why does Apple change things that work fine, and doesn't add additional features for those who want them instead??
    Please this whole update is a mess on my machine!

    Hi all
    I'm really at the end of the road and ready to throw the towl
    I deleted now all the musik on my iphone SE as it was suggested in another threat than not to miss anything let iTunes sync intire libarary with the result that now playlists from my mac are gone as well!!
    PLEASE HELP
