itunes 10.3 Remote app no longer working

updated to itunes 10.3 and now the remote app does not connect to my library from my iphone and ipad. Tried restarting and reinstalling everything. No Go😡 Using 4.3 and win7 64bit.
Anybody else having this problem and how can I roll back to 10.2.2?

I have not downloaded 10.3 yet, but I know previously the Apple iOS remote app needs updating after some iTunes updates. Apple should release an update to the remote app if needed.

it is definitely 10.3 I found 10.2.2 on a file d/l site and uninstalled 10.3 then reinstalled 10.2.2
Remote app now works like a champ. Guess I'll wait on 10.3 till they update the remote app. I use that feature every day!

Remote and 10.3 work fine for me.
