iTunes 10.3 Won't Sync With Outlook 2003!

Well I've tried everything.. the trust center in outlook, delete itunes and install. Nothing WORK!

iTunes doesn't sync contacts with my outlook 2003!

the iPhone just ereased my contacts and I need to sync them back from the outlook but the iTunes

Won't recognize the outlook.

any help?
