iTunes 11.1 Beta 2 wont open after update

I have tried everything I can think of and iTunes 11.1 Beta 2 does not open!!!
I'm stuck.
Running Mavericks Preview 8 on a late 2011 MBP.
Anyone have ideas???

Thanks wiz, seems to be a bug. It is logged. Now just waiting. Seems DP8 and iTunes Beta 2 don't play nice together.

It can be a pain trying to figure out what's a new bug and what's already been reported, especially when there's more than one site to check.
