Hi everyone

I know there are plenty of threads and posts about this /or similar to this problem. But I have tried my best searching in the forum for a clear simple solution with no avail.

I use a Macbook pro early 2011 13", running OS X Lion (up-to-date) and iTunes 11.0.4. When I connect my iPhone 4S (iOS 6.1.3) and launch iTunes I keep seeing the beach ball turning without completing the sync process. When I check in activity monitor I can see iTunes (not responding). I tried to force quit many times without any results.

worth mentioning the fact that iTunes runs smoothly without the iPhone plugged to Laptop.

any suggestions

thanks...

Restart the computer and the phone.

I restarted the computer and the phone, re-installed OS X Lion and updated iTunes to 11.0.5 without any change. I still connect my iPhone and see the beachball turning and the sync never completes.

Is there any other solutions? :(
