Technically I think they are. What I was trying to say (and show) though is that iTunes doesn't have a grayscale UI. The shades of gray it uses aren't neutral colors but something like cool/blue gray. But fair enough, I can understand if someone wishes iTunes was more colorful –*personally, I love this neutral look that really lets your album art shine (iTunes in full screen and with Grid View enabled is pretty awesome now).
