I am on the latest iOS 13.4 beta but when I plug my iPhone into my PC it won’t connect to iTunes because I need a newer version of iTunes, 12.10.5. I have checked and that version doesn’t exist. Any ideas? Thank you.

I looked at Apple's web site, and downloaded the current Windows version for iTunes, which is 12.10.4.2
Perhaps 12.10.5 will be released in the next few days (?)

Just tried my IP 11 and got the same message. Asked if I wanted to download new version. Said yes, but nothing was found.

I believe this is because Xcode beta needs to be installed -- at least as far as Mac goes, for Windows, an iTunes update (which I imagine will be released when 13.4 is) will be needed.

Confirmed: (which also indicates why current iTunes versions can't "access" the device so to speak.

Known Issues
  • To install iOS 13.4 beta 4 using the Restore Image, first install Xcode 11.4 beta 2.

how can this work if iTunes won’t even allow the phone to be used?
Because I think in *recovery* iTunes recognizes it, hence why I stated that it may be best to see if someone else can verify. I've used this method before to go from Betas to release, but make no guarantee that it will work with this beta.

Mine started doing this with the new beta. I’m not planning on any restore, is there any fix besides that?

Still getting the same issue. No update for iTunes available yet either.
That is not what I was wanting to hear.
Use the method mentioned above. Go into recovery mode (For 11 and 11 pro, quickly press volume up, then down, then hold the power button on the side and continue to hold until it displays a message letting you know it's in recovery). This must be completed while the phone is plugged in, then it will go into recovery and iTunes will recognize it and let you downgrade using an IPSW.

No thanks, I’ll wait it out. I’m not risking losing any data or settings.

Not anymore...

Looks like my iTunes is updating now, will revert back if it works.
