Just tried my IP 11 and got the same message. Asked if I wanted to download new version. Said yes, but nothing was found.
Recovery mode then load IPSW with shift+update (may want to wait for someone else to verify this works). So, no easy way to get back to 13.3.1 from the Beta on Windows?

how can this work if iTunes won’t even allow the phone to be used?Recovery mode then load IPSW with shift+update (may want to wait for someone else to verify this works).
Because I think in *recovery* iTunes recognizes it, hence why I stated that it may be best to see if someone else can verify. I've used this method before to go from Betas to release, but make no guarantee that it will work with this beta.how can this work if iTunes won’t even allow the phone to be used?
I was able to enter Recovery mode and restore to iOS 13.3.1 with iTunes.Recovery mode then load IPSW with shift+update (may want to wait for someone else to verify this works).
Wait until Tuesday.Mine started doing this with the new beta. I’m not planning on any restore, is there any fix besides that?
Still getting the same issue. No update for iTunes available yet either.
Use the method mentioned above. Go into recovery mode (For 11 and 11 pro, quickly press volume up, then down, then hold the power button on the side and continue to hold until it displays a message letting you know it's in recovery). This must be completed while the phone is plugged in, then it will go into recovery and iTunes will recognize it and let you downgrade using an IPSW.That is not what I was wanting to hear.
No thanks, I’ll wait it out. I’m not risking losing any data or settings.Use the method mentioned above. 13.4 is still in beta.Isn’t everyone having this problem now that 13.4 is officially out? Usually the iTunes update quickly follows.
