iTunes 12.2.2.25 Volume Adjust not working

Hi.

"Volume adjust" appears to no longer function properly.
It appears to be editable, but the changes do not save.

A quick Google has yielded a couple of people experiencing the same, but no resolutions.
I've tried a restart; I've tried doing the "Create MP3 version" to manufacture a new file, but the volume adjustments carry over.

I would settle for a downgrade to a version where this worked, if anyone knew if that were possible too.
