    Hello everyone,

Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else. I have an issue with iTunes and Windows 10. I plug in my iPhone 6 plus and iTunes recognizes the phone and everything, but the sync button is grayed out. I tried uninstalling the drivers, re-installing them, restarting my iPhone, restarting my computer, almost every single possible suggestion I could find. Tried different iPhones and still the sync button is grayed out. There is no way to sync all my music back to my iPhone. I'm frustrated to say the least. Is there a fix for this? Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I had the same exact problem on Win 10. Try switching to Wireless sync then turn it off. Restart the computer with the iPhone attached.

Thank you for your advise, I will try that. Per Apple Support Chat, iTunes is not compatible with Windows 10 and it could be weeks before the fix that. Thanks again.

Yeah it's a mess. Disappearing album art, multiple sync attempts if you're syncing for the first time. Good times.

I miss the simplicity of iTunes. Apple needs to get their sh*t together.

iTunes was never designed for use on a PC so logically you will be last on the list of priorities for a fix from Apple. The main problem lies in Windows 10.

The issues seem to have been worked out for the most part, but I can't get iTunes to download any album art. Says it's not available. Which I have a hard time believing, these are CDs from fairly popular artists that were recently released. Oh well, I just end up going to Amazon and copying their artwork and applying it to my iTunes songs.

I'm running iTunes 12.3.0.44 on Windows 10 and no issues with the Sync button. iTunes *is* designed to work with Windows and the system requirements are Windows 7 or later. Apple also provides a 64 bit version of iTunes for 64 bit versions of Windows 7 and 8. Since no versions were mentioned in the previous posts all I can recommend is update to the latest version of iTunes and see what happens.
