iTunes 12.2.2 Podcasts not refreshing

I've noticed that with the iTunes 12.2.2 podcasts aren't refreshing. The refresh button doesn't do anything and the refresh schedule doesn't seem to be in effect. I think they might be refreshing once a day but I'm not entirely sure.

Is anyone else seeing this?
