This is far as get when I download the new iTunes:
When I try to click either button, nothing happens. It's just completely frozen. I've waited around to see if anything changes but it seems to be stuck like this. I restarted my computer and tried to start iTunes, and the same thing happened. Would it be because my library is on an external drive? This is bumming me out.
