iTunes 12.2 - Keeps coming to front when hidden during activity

I hide or minimise iTunes and it keeps popping up to the front when it does iCloud Music Library activity. If I leave it in the background unhidden, the activity window still comes to the front and covers part of my screen. Really crappy design this.. Not impressed with iTunes since never.

Anyone else got that?
