iTunes 12.3.3 won't connect to iPhone

Just my luck. I upgrade iTunes to the newest version and my iPhone 6S to the newest firmware, now iTunes can't see my phone. It operates as normal under Windows. It is still detected by the OS and still shows up in File Explorer.
