iTunes 12.5 Missing Books Section

I've lost the books section on iTunes. Now I can't sync with my iPad.

Anyone know how to get books section back on iTunes?
 
You're supposed to be using iBooks now.
I use an older iTunes on an older Mac if for some reason my Android tablet is full.
 
My iBooks in my iPad does not sync with my book collection then. Im guessing iBooks stores the books in the cloud. Right?
