Attached is a picture of my iTunes.

It says I have 12 apps ready to be updated but then when I click to get them it says there are none available. What does that mean? I definately know that there are updates ready.

Please help

Click on the apps tab and see what's there, perhaps it's downloading still. You have a balloon with 12 downloads there.

If you have downloaded apps from two different accounts and those are the ones that have updates available you need to log out from your current account and log in to your other account, then you'll be able to download your updates, at least that's what happens to me from time to time (chilean and US accounts) :)

I only have one account and its not downloading 12 apps its telling me there are 12 apps with available updates. This is driving me nuts.

Turns out I do have 2 accounts!

I tried my one I have always used by username and then logged out and tried my email address and that allowed me to download the updates.

God knows whats going on
