itunes 7.3 video problem

I cannot seem to play any itunes downloaded videos in itunes/quicktime. Podcasts are fine, but tv shows/ movies I just get a white screen and then itunes crashes or a blackscreen and it does nothing.

but if i copy it over to iphone it works great.

Do you have any third party plugins installed for QuickTime? If you create a new user account, do the videos work there? 🙂

Have you tried de-authorising your machine, and then re-authorising it?

Okay, I hate this option but try reinstalling QuickTime.
