I have an 8GB second generation iPod Nano with the latest 1.1.3 software and am using iTunes 7.6 ( the issue didn't start right after upgrading from 7.5). Recently I have been getting the message below. I tried reconnecting the iPod, restarting the computer and iPod, using a different USB port and reinstalling the iPod support software on my Leopard CD but at no avail. The iPod will mount on my desktop but iTunes doesn't want anything to do with it. Any suggestions?
