iTunes 7 and Multiple Libraries

Over at http://www.apple.com/itunes/overview/, it says the following:

Multiple Libraries
Build your collection over multiple libraries, and keep them on different hard drives to save space.

I recently paid for a little program called Libra to do this for me. I keep all of my music on an external HD, and a selection from my library on my PowerBook. I was glad to hear that iTunes 7 would support multiple music libraries across different drives, but I can't figure out how to get it to work. I'm afraid they might just mean multiple types of libraries, i.e. music, video, podcasts, or something like that.

Has anyone had any luck with this?

IT'S ABOUT *&$#*# TIME! iPhoto has had this function for how long? Now I can finally stop doing the "rename an alias" trick. YAY!
