Where did the "find duplicate songs" function go?

Where did the "find duplicate songs" function go? (iTunes 8) :(

EDIT: Oh, yeah- it's been mentioned before but just in case anyone doesn't know- turning off the iTunes Store disables the Little Fascist Arrows of Doom- not exactly headline news but if you rarely use the iTunes Store like me, worth knowing.

The terminal is your friend

defaults write com.apple.iTunes show-store-arrow-links -bool FALSE

(restart iTunes = arrows gone. Replace with TRUE to get them back)

<-------- Arrow free since release day. :)

My first impressions are good, itunes is faster, I like the new organization. I wish that when HD shows are downloaded, it would show a single entry in itunes, but have the SD version in the background for syncing to ipod's, I don't need to see two of everything.

Eh, not terrible, however I haven't been able to use the biggest feature Genius because I constantly get the 4010 error.....:mad:

interface 1 pixel out.

In iTunes I like to have my track-listing column and the album artwork lined next to each other so that everything looks nice and neat.

But.. since downloading iTunes 8 I have noticed that the bar in the columns that have "Now Playing/Selected Item" and "Name/Artist/Time etc" are now a pixel in size different from each other.

I have included a picture to demonstrate the matter in hand.

Has one else noticed this? If so.. do you think its just a mistake by apple or has it been changed for a reason.

Any comments highly appreciated!

I tried itunes 8, and decided that was the end for me. The increased memory usage, the attempts at forcing Safari and Bonjour on me, the unnecessary extra background processes, the store links that won't go away...I'm now using Mediamonkey.

ITunes 8 Interface

The font style in the new iTunes is quite amateurish, particularly if you are looking at it on a large screen or monitor- it looks almost like old dot matrix.

However, even more problematic is the fact the Zoomtext can no longer read the text on iTunes ( it is not HTML), such as the descriptions of movies. That effectively kicks out any user with a low vision problem.

Way to go iTunes!

How the heck do you manage to kick a thread that's a year old just to comment about iTunes' interface?
