Might I highlight Section 8;

"Licensee also agrees that the Licensee will not use the Apple Software for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons."

I can sort of understand this but WHAT?!

This is the standard disclaimer in all Apple Software. There is actually a similar disclaimer in the M$ software licenses, which is why most scientific groups use UNIX, Linux, or proprietary.

That is a crazy thing to have buried in your SLA.
