iTunes 9.1 Question with new version?

Hi guys,
Does iTunes 9.1 fix the problem that I have with my current version (9.0.3) of iTunes, "The iTunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occured. (-50)?" Please let me know as soon as possible! 😀 Thanks!
