iTunes 9.2 for Windows release

With iOS4 is due to be released on Monday, when do you think Apple will release iTunes 9.2 for windows. I presume that once the windows version of iTunes is released the iOS4 GM can be installed from a windows PC?

It will probably be released on June 21st alongside iOS 4.

I'm still holding out hope for a release today and that apple isn't intentionally not testing the windows version so they can blame launch day problems on the Windows OS and not their stubborn/lazy/arrogant refusal to test a large portion of their user base.
