iTunes 9 Genius Problem

    thanks, but it didnt resolve my problem.

    anyone else?

    That specific problem is in the cookies. An old URL (from iTunes 8) to fetch Genius information is stored there and when iTunes attempts to use that URL it comes up with an error that it can't connect.

    1 - Turn off Genius
    2 - Quit iTunes
    3 - Delete your user cookies
    4 - Start iTunes
    5 - Turn on Genius

    If that doesn't work and you can access the iTunes store then something else is screwed up and I'd either call AppleCare or take your Mac to the Geniusbar at your nearest Apple Store.
