iPhone iTunes Account Greyed Out

Hi want to backup my iPhone before upgrade to iOS 10.
But I have some problem because account is greyed out...and I can't open my summary page like this...

This is my page...and I don't know how to see my phone name and summary as on picture above...

Please help.

Looks like I figure out I didn't had Apple Mobile Device USB Driver under Universal Serial Bus Controller in Device Manager. Than I found Apple Phone under Portable Device and Update C😛rogram Files/Common Files/Apple/Mobile Device Support/Drivers and Windows Install I click Trust this Computer on iPhone and now is this
