iTunes account issue

    Hi! I have just tried to register an iTunes account, I put my apple Id, my credit card and billing info and then when I click continue this message "Please enter your Apple ID and password, then click Billing Info and update your payment information. If you cancel you may not be able to buy music until this billing issue has been resolved" keeps showing up no matter how many times I re-enter the information. What can I do? I don't understand the problem exactly, I think I did everything right!

    Try

    Try shutting down iTunes then open it back up and try to log in. After logging in go to your account information and update it.

    Also go to the Apple Online Store, click on Account, Login, then click on the option to "Change account information". Verify all the information in there, especially the Method of Payment section. After you've updated that, relaunch iTunes, sign out/in. If you still have trouble, go to this link, and send an email via webform to iTunes Store Support.
