iTunes Account Unavailable

Is anybody else receiving the error message, "Your account is temporarily unavailable." when trying to download apps on a Mac or iOS device? If so, have you been able to get any information when contacting Apple?

I had that last night. I just waited a few minutes and tried again. Worked for me, though of course ymmv.
