ITunes account with iPad

I have an iPhone 3Gs and have an iTunes account. Does anyone know if I can share thise account when I get my iPad?

I would much rather not have to create a 2nd account just for the iPad. Also will I be able to run iTunes on the same pc with my iPhone and iPad?

yes. an apple account could be linked with up to 5 pc/mac and with unlimited mobile devices (like iphone/ipod/ipad)
