itunes advertising

This is probably a stupid question but, can i get rid of the ads on the bottom of itunes? They totally drive me crazy and they are always the same ads. I get SO sick of looking at them everytime...I do not want to go to the itunes store haha...

I don't think that this is possible as they are embedded into the iTunes Application / iTunes Store.
