iTunes alternative with iPhone sync

For my videos and movies i have already moved to Plex, which is working fine with my ATV3.

Now i'm looking for complete replacement of iTunes and my audio collection.

Must-have feature is the possibility to sync music to my iPhone, nice-to-have that i don't need an extra app for playing the music on my iPhone. But as far as my experience with Apple systems goes, this can be filed under utopia, i guess.

Then there is the issue of the library. I would like to have some control over file names and folder structure of the library, in addition it should be possible to locate this library in my dropbox account, so that i have a synced backup at all times.

There are a number of alternatives.
I use Anytrans. It has a trial version, you can check whether it meets your needs.

Do you use Anytrans as your audio player as well? Is it possible to customize file names and folder structure?

Unfortunately I can't help you in this specific field as I use it for different purposes.
But give it a try. Worth it. If it does not meet your needs, there are some other software to check.
