Trying to download myfitnesspal on my iPhone (iPhone 6, iOS8.2) this morning (1059) I found that I was unable to, the usual troubleshooting step of logging my Apple ID out and logging in again results in the same "cannot connect to iTunes" error message.

Thinking this was related to my phone (as well as battery life issues; get up at 0700, 20% battery by 1100 seems wrong) I went to log in to getsupport. The page isn't able to load and produces an unspecified apology.

iCloud.com login however seems to work.

Yes. App Store, Tunes, Mac App Store and iTunes Connect are down worldwide at the moment.

My wife and I are both having issues with our apple id today. She tried an update and got an error. I tried my account, and was not working. Apple seems to be having issues today. I am sure it will be fixed later.

Same here. When I open itunes on my iphone 5s it loads the movie page for a second and then crashes and closes the app. When I open itunes on my computer and goto the movies page it only loads a few things and then stops.

It seems Apple having a few problems with its servers this morning. The outage appears to be affecting the App Store, the iTunes Store, the Mac App Store, and iTunes Connect.

It seems like the store is down for me as well. I actually got a weird error when I rebooted this AM that stated my SIM card sent a text message. When I rebooted again it didn't happen again.
