Whether I am on Wifi or cell car connection, on my iPad Pro or iPhone, iTunes and AppStore seems to have issue displaying the contents.

Example:
1). Opened Video app
2). Clicked on Store
3). iTunes opened and show "loading..." forever

1). Opened AppStore
2). Clicked on Search
3). Typed some app name, clicked Search and show "loading..." forever

Anyone seeing this?

I experienced something similar around he same time. I just had no results ( no "loading" display, just no results).

I think this started with 9.2. I thought for a while that because I lost network connection, but this is now happening every single time.

The only solution is to kill App Store or iTunes and open it again.

Yep that works for me! Thanks.

The thing is that once fixed, it'll happen again. Very irritating after a while and not just for downloading apps, but even when I am researching an app or movies.
