I recently built a new computer and I have already transfered my songs over to my new hard drive but I would like to keep all of my playlist and ratings for my songs. What do I need to do to make this work?

I went from windows Vista 32bit to Windows 7 64bit. Is it possible to do what I am talking about? Please let me know. I cant seem to figure it out. At least point me in the right direction.

Thanks,
Matt

You should be able to just copy the "iTunes" folder from the "Music" folder in your user directory. (I believe it's C:\Users\YourUserName\Music\iTunes) It should have your music and library files in it.

You might need to "remind" iTunes where the library file is if you already did the above. I don't have access to Windows iTunes right now, but it's in Preferences and there's a box to set the path of the library file.
