Yesterday I bought an AEBS and have been running it alongside my existing Netgear router since then with some mild success (but that isn't the issue).

Since buying the AEBS I seem to be unable to download anything from the App store or update my existing purchases on my iMac. It will just sit on the scrolling bar with "Downloading _________" or "Accessing iTunes Store..." above it for an age without doing anything.

I've tried restarting the iMac numerous times as well as resetting both routers and have even reinstalled iTunes, but none of these seem to have cured the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated. :)
 
Very oddly, this problem seems to have sorted itself.

Will post again if it happens again.
