Itunes App Is blank

Does anyone have this issue? My Itunes Store all when launched shows white in the middle where the graphics would be for albums and things of that nature. I have all the icons at the bottom music, movies, Tv Shows, search, and more. None of these tabs show anything where the graphics would be. Also when i search it will give me a time out error. Any help would be appreciated.
 
i have fixed it. It seems there was something wrong with my backup file that pervented this. So i set up the phone as a new device and poof everything is back as normal.
